Manmohan Singh is a gentleman who has brought devolpment to india in all classes of India but is modest and says that there is lot more to be done but unfortunately the political situation in India does not give him a freer hand Modi no doubt has brought devolpment to Gujarat but only at the upper class and upper middle class strata of society but in Human devolpment index which measures the overall devolpment of society the HDI index is below the all India average. He is a clever rabble rouser who knows that the majority in the country is 80% and even if he gets 50% of this vote he will win and he has sucessfully done it in Gujarat which was blatant state aided riot which the majority community liked
