Such Jano, frankly, this is stale PTI news.
i had read it in DNA on Tuesday, 5th February under a different headline: 'CIA used ISI's detention centres in Pak during war on terror'
Ofcourse that report also has the same words as ere mentioned in the second para above.
Since Rediff is subscribing to PTI then they have to mention the fact that she is our PM's daughter.
Elsewhere, in the middle east, some other publication has addered India's as shown in brackets below "... report authored by Amrit Singh, daughter of (India's) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, says that ..."
