Once a cosmopolitan city, now it became nightmare for women. Women are feeling insecure to come out even at 08:00pm. An administrator's performance is not gauzed basing on his academic excellence, on his administrative abilities. Several politicians like Lal Bahudar Shastri, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Narendra modi are not bright academicians but they they have vision to betterment of society.
