What could be deterring Lt. Gov to not act on Ganguly?
by Shoma Chowdhary on Dec 13, 2013 09:23 PM  | Hide replies

Why Najeeb Jung is hesitating to act on fmr-Supreme court judge Ganguly as the sexual assault happened in Delhi--under his jurisdiction?

Is he not honest himself or feared of boomeranging on himself if he was involved in those acts, several times?

Is he waiting for someone to approach him?

Why can't NCW approach Lt. Gov to act on Ganguly?

Will Delhi be safe under this Hon'ble gentleman?
by Kalyan Banerjee on Dec 13, 2013 08:35 PM  | Hide replies

People didn't even forget the Abhaya rape;his Central government which nominated him and Sheila Dixit's government seems to have washed their hands by psssing a anti-rape legislation.

An incident of sexual assault by a retired Supreme court judge didn't remind him of his duties.

He could have reminded Delhi police about its duty of Suo Motu cognisance on AK Ganguly. A Hon'ble gentleman of this stature shouldn't be allowed to reign.

AK Ganguly sexual assault happened in New Delhi. Both New Delhi Lt.Gov and Central Home minister can initiate their Suo Motu cognisance on AK Ganguly.

I admire Mamata Banerjee in doing her duty by disclosing the incident happened in Delhi jurisdication and sending a letter to President for his dismissal from WBHRC post.

Why Lt. Gov, head of Delhi, not able to recognise his duties?

Delhi police is under control of Lt. Gov and Central Home ministry.

Is Indira Jaising a competent legal advisor to Government?
by Mihira Sood on Dec 13, 2013 08:04 PM  | Hide replies

Indira Jaising doesn't seem a competent legal advisor nor a lawyer of material substance.

Initially, she protected AK Ganguly, a retired Supreme court judge, by asking everyone to wait till ex-CJI and CJI appointed committee's finding--which was not necessary.

Now Indira Jaising is writing to PM to dismiss AK Ganguly.

Ganguly can be dismissed by President of India which Mamata Banerjee already did;one wonders what is stopping Pranab Mukherjee to take action!!

Why didn't Indira Jaising write a letter to Delhi's Lt. Governor for taking Suo Motu cognisance and file FIR on Ganguly?

Looks like after Kabir and Soli Sorabjee, Indira Jaising took the task of protecting Ganguly in facing Rule of Law!!!

Indira Jaising is a Government servant--Addnl Solicitor General. Quality of Indian jurists and government servants will be depicted by the quality of legal advisors to the government itself--Indira Jaising is one such example.

Her legal expertise is substandard and below lower court advocates. She is a curse to protect men at the expense of injustice meted out to Intern.

Indian president Pranab Mukherjee was a lollypop of BJP as he was instrumental in brokering considerations for Congress party before becoming President.

Why BJP and Sushma Swaraj constraining themselves to media and raising issues in Parliament?

Why Sushma Swaraj not requesting Hon'ble president to dismiss Ganguly from WBHRC?

Anyone who antagonise the Babus and Businessmen will face their DOOM. But if these two are tamed and kept into checkmate, then aam aadmi"s life will become a BOOM. Mr Kejriwal should know this secret. Will he?
