It's a little sad to see you people latch on to a region as usual. You will be surprised to see that considering the size of its population, Bihar has a lower share in rapes than other states like UP, MP, and perhaps Maharashtra even.
Tyhere are a lot of loose ends in the reporting by media. No one has yet clarified how and why Manoj's room was checked and why was it not checked earlier? Were there no witnesses to the act of Manoj luring away the girl? What action is being taken on the SHO for the lapse of crucial time? Why no one is questioning the private rule of the police of waiting for 24 hours to book a missing complaint. What action has been taken against the policeman slapping a demonstrating girl? What action is being taken on the girl for almost assaulting an officer on duty? Freedom to demonstrate does not include heckling officers on duty.
Nitishji , Thought for your state progress is to provide suitable job oppurtunities within state & keep a control on population as still this state is producing a lot genders with lesser future opportunities which leads to migration to other states
