To really understand why small retail is so important, one just has to sit back and do a summation. That adds up to quite a bit.

I would also think the pilfering of public money by the technocrats and their small and medium lackeys in the industry, adds up to lot more than the coal or telecom or retail losses!

Attention from the rot in the middle, which really impairs th infrastructure, almost like an affliction

The corruption at c and d class irritates, but they are trained and emboldened by the middle class rats in the government!
