dear abd or bad, it is only bjp which made constructive works and only pv narshinharam in congress is exception. UPA2 will be remembered for its terribly corrupt rulings, selling everything to corporates--land,water, minerals/mines, licenses,rivers-dams, irrigation,healt spectrum,everything. which scam they have left. free land, mines-coal,iron ore, toll tax collection, free land for airport, allotment of land for developing seaports, dirt cheap loan, all kind of tax evasion schemes, anti dumping policies and higher import duties on particular paroducts to save them from competitive imported produce and more, much more. govt. lacks fund while providing any kind of subsidised goods and services to middle class, farmers which counts in thousand crore but spends in trillions to provide every kind of help to corporates.
