These kind of events get reported only from Kerala. Other places too this happen, but does not get reported. In our metros, either people are not aware of how/whom to report or food inspectors fall for money!! I read in newspapers that, raids by food inspectors are very frequent in kerala and they penalize heavily if the kitchen is unclean or food is old. Haven't heard of any such raids in Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore!
I had KFC chicken the big bucket one from the branch in basaveshwarnagar, bangalore, it looked and tasted wierd and stale, but was so deep fried i couldn't prove it....i was sick 4 a couple of days after eating that....I V NEVER GONE TO KFC SINCE THEN....

NEXT TIME you ASK for fried worms, ketchup cockroaches, and imported insects...
It's a shame on KFC! KFC should be banned all across India! Let their assets be attached as fine. Let them face the music in their own pit of worms of their own creation! Kerala Govt should not spare this outrageous group under any circumstance! Hope CPM will soon swing into action against them, even if others fail!

Correct.Instead of wasting time to bring further FDI and spoil our country, very stringent laws with svere punishment should be made to contain this.Sometime back such complaint were there against COCO COLA but what happened?
in Mumbai there are also KFC. Mostly don't eat Non-veg outside, cos it is unhygenic, kept in refrigerator for months, and while preparing less care is taken care to even wash it, if rotten, obviously worms but who watches, don't want to waste the stuff and recover money. Mostly eat home made stuff.

and your Kirana shops will give you fresh items at the right cost? and the Indian hotels are so hygenic that no cockroaches, or rats have ever been found in the food that they serve?
