Aila.. these girls got arrested for what SS did the best and the law should have been applied to them for 505(2) IPC (statements creating or promoting enmity, hatred or ill-will between classes), but these girls go to jail??? funny!! and disgusting.. these cops need to be scrutinized!!

Next time there is a plausible crime, the police will stop...

This is a case of legal interpretation. Arresting the police does not make any sense as the detainees were not harmed but released within 24 hours.
In similar case of Mr Kartik Chidambaram, the maligned cheating son of Chidu, all legal statutes were swept away to arrest the poster.
There is a huge gap between how the law is implemented against Maharashtrians and non-maharashtrians.
Its really time for Maharashtrians to strongly consider secession from the Indian Union. No point being ruled by people from the North for whom is utter contempt & disgust.

This is the difference between India and Pakistan.
At least some common sense prevails here

Those policemen need to be dealt with stringently, so that others know that they cant bully common public

what happened to Chidabram son case
by Ram Allah on Nov 23, 2012 08:35 PM

I-T act 66 is highly misused by powerful. In this case siva sena used it against innocent girls because they posted thier view which is not acceptable to siva sena. Do we live in free country or sivasena country? Same way Financeminister son gave gave complaint to twitter guy so police arrested him. He did not even say his opinion he simply said others view. Subramanium Swamy tweeted more than any any body else. Definetly his lot of POWERFUL does not lke his tweets but Powerful don't have guts to take against him because they know how he will deal with them. Like Chidambaram son Karthik we had few Twiteer arrests. Do they take action aginst those cops?

by jambu jambu on Nov 23, 2012 08:10 PM  | Hide replies

Its wrong in the first place to appoint a police official for impartial enquiry, Police ppl will always support theit staff, The report will not do justice to the poor, innocent girls.
