In India X can write/talk anything about Y freely.. there is no law/police to control. But if Y reacts, then law comes into picture. This is true with many laws like Women-favor laws..
See the present day youth.. they have computer, FB etc. on table.. they can write anything they like about big/great/people without even thinking before hand what they are writing.. and then all these so-called media, social activists come to their protection.. What a one-sided perception Indians have?
Kids should know it is not that simple for somebody to become big leader/scientist/artists or businessman.. that you talk anything freely by sitting on desk without experience..

it is very easy to comment on FB by sitting idle in drawing room......bachhan , ambani and other respected people attended the great leaders funeral only because they had love and respect , affection for him

Marathi people have their identity and we dont need tr1bals like you to give us identity. We are self respecting and and loving people and north Indians and South Indians and north ease Indians and even illlegal Bangladeshis are living in Maharashtra without fear. These people have come to our lovely land in search of food and water and we support them Inspite of that if such a language is used for people with whom you live and work for a living then there is bound to be trouble be it any part of India Shiv sena, MNS and BJP togethar accounted for more than 65% of the vote in last election and some seats were lost to congress only due to vote division. Inspite of that if u insists that people came to Thackrey funeral just out of fear you can go on living in your dream

The fact that you are saying it and the fact that wrongful arrests of the girls is criticized itself points out that democracy is alive in India.

Democracy is a mith where general public thinks they choose govt. or leaders to repersent them. In no democracy in present form in any of teh country ppl can choose their leader. Ours is the worst case scenario. In all democracies it is the leader who make ppl choose him not other way round. Therefore, Democracy is not dead in India rather it never was existed the way we think it was or it would have been. Democracy is a recent phenomena which is lot of myth than rality in most places and in all such situations, one who can manipulate others take advantage and rule so presently we are ruled by manipulaters and profiteers. In other form of rule those who rule had high stakes like they have to put their lives or lives of their families and near ones on stake to be the ruler however in democracy the stakes are low and also had exit route.
You should speak but be cautious while doing it. Also democracy without dictatorship will be a failure. Around the globe we have to follows certain laws. And to implement all democratic countries have POLICE. If it is dictatorship, yes we need it.
