I don't think you are right. This is a political game and think it politically. such an important decision can't be taken by Shine alone. The fact is that Sonia, Manmohan and Rahul Babu knew very well but all this to balance the muslim vote bank.
PM, Sonia were knowing but officially cannot claim to know, this is govt. such attitude is common. Similarly they are with corrupts but cannot say, that they are with them.

where is the caste came. It the matter of foolish comments by the Home Minister. It is shame varsha to link some thing like politicians do for own benefit. What is your benefit with this case varsha ??

I am sorry to say that you have not read history outside the doctored media and text books. Jinnah was not the first to have proposed a separate state for muslims. It was the Britishers. Jinnah in fact first proposed Patel's name as the PM. But it was Nehru who blackmailed Gandhi and got to become the PM. This irked all and Jinnah opted for a separate state where he would not have to report to the wily Nehru. Why Advani, many others are aware of this fact. At least Advani had the guts to call spade a spade. If the PM was not aware of this hanging then its not a big deal. From the judiciary perspective Kasab is another criminal whose mercy petition was rejected by the President. The shame part is if we had to execute him then why now after spending crores of tax payers money on him. This is where the PM should have acted earlier.

Varsha, it is sad that we Indian are divided in cast politics. You are supporting Shinde because of cast factor.It is your foolishness. Shinde is a most thrd class Home Minister. He use to unwanted things in the psat also. Pls. What Advani did was the compulsion to save the life of more than 200 people. and calling Jinnah a secular person was correct thing. You should not betray with history. The Pakistan issue was a tussle of personality between Jinnah and Nehru. Pls. read history.
Hanging Kasab is appropriate. I would have been more happy if few others from the 'Intelligence Agencies' & 'Police' are also hanged! It is preposterous that terrorists could move around with sophisticated weapons and our 'Intelligence Outfits' who fleece the tax payers money have no clue and our Police who irritatingly frisk law abiding citizens are blind to these terrorists. There is a need to shake this inefficient machinery.
