If you really want to know where the citizens stand in the eye of administration of any nation just check on how the animals in those nations are treated first.

You will be shocked to realize that there is no big difference between humans and animals.

I think when there is no will in the administration to bring about the change then there can be thousands of reasons which could be seen as "escape from reality" routes.

If I may say this "will factor" is what sets China way ahead of us in the race.

A president who is ready to waste people money in religious places like ajmer is talking about development. Zardari 5 crore Pakistani ruppee in ajmer instead of using those for betterment of people of pakistan is talking development.
