he must have thought Nitish for Lalooooooooooooo.. no surprise knowing their level of knowledge.
So pathetic has the condition of Pakistan an Islamic state has become that they have to give even CMs of least developed state like Bihar a welcome fit for a head of state.
I actually had to read this line from the above article twice..."He said Pakistan would be happy to share its experience in eradicating poverty and unemployment with Indian authorities."...DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY???
