In China selection and appointment of leadership is done on the bsais of who can control China more strictly and terrorise their own Chinese people and peoples of robbed nations like Tibet, Inner Monlogia, Shianchang (east turkistan)etc.
In India, people can directly vote but in China, few selected members only can vote for fewer selected members for leadership. There is no choice to make for the people as well as the few communist members for the appointment of leadership in China. You know?
In China, if you say something negative things about leaders and the government, you will be immediately arrested and tortured in prison.
It is clear that the Chinese have learnt the value of changing top party leadership. Unlike the old model of an one-man party who rules till death, now the top leader's tenure is time bounded. After his tenure finishes he resigns and gives way to a new leadership. Now take any Indian party - national or local - the same party president remains till death. Take Nitish, Laloo, Maya, J Basu even Modi. These people want to stay CM/PM till death. People ask why don't aamAdmi join politics and every party develops nepotism - good question? Is there a way to revolve and revitalize top party leadership, there is no rule where party leaders step way for new generation. Why does Indian political system (or any other system) not produce new leadership - good question.Take any civilized democracy across the world-the top leadership will resign after tenure is over. In both US and UK the premier is allowed two terms at most. Go to any country in Europe, go to Japan - it is the same case. Not in India though - the party presidents never change. And when the same party is re-elected the same person comes back to power. What a beautiful way to keep the system dynamic and bring in new ideas and leaders. The system in India you have political parties which are mostly family businesses and driven by a single egomaniac. Take the left or BJP who are more cadre based - they have produced CMs who will hang around till death. Hu was good but he steps aside - Chinese learn from their mistake we dont
Only in other countries, the present leaders are hard workers in their past. In India, Leaders looks the country for their sons, or the second level leaders float/portrait the Senior leader's son, grand-son as next Prime Minsiter of the country. The second grade leaders have no guts to take over the prime position. Thats why India is a banana government.
Dominant caste of india is fit to orchester violence against innocent dalit and women. This is a open challenge to them, could they show their mightiness with equally deserving opponents? poor india!
Xi Ji Ping is very happy to be the leader of the most barbaric communist China with over 1.3 billion Chinese who are the most backward in human rights.
Mao, Dengxio Ping, Cheng Zimin and Hu Jin Tao were extremely sucessful in destroying Tibet, its people and culture, religion and traditions.
He is also very happy to continue to destroy Tibet and its people with barbaric communist system and rule and let the international people to watch it as before.
