Why so much about Joshi
by sunny India on May 25, 2012 09:59 PM  | Hide replies

Noone knows about Joshi except media writes about him on CD scandal or resignations. Has he won the party any elections or he himself a popular leader ???

Engineer
by sunny India on May 25, 2012 09:55 PM  | Hide replies

Being an engineer, if there was a power failure at night, Joshi would himself repair the fuse.

Mentioning engineering is necessary? A 5th fail can do that.

That exactly is the point. An engineer who can fix a fuse is a rarity.

Narendra Modi vs Sanjay Joshi
by chris on May 25, 2012 09:35 PM  | Hide replies

The writer seems biased. Remember reading such an article praising Modi when he was in his ascendance - his simplicity, knowledge of computer having laptop, wearing only kurta-pajama etc. etc. And now he has become villain for the writer and Sanjay Joshi hero, but still I remember Sanjay Joshi being involved with some other controversy, some one-upmanship with some leader of BJP only. Modi bashing is a hobby now a days for all.

Use and throw policy
by Munna Hazare on May 25, 2012 08:54 PM

One thing that comes across very clearly is that Modi uses all on his way and then discards them as casually when they are of no use. Note the VHP, BD activists languisihing. Advaniji used at the critical time when ABV wanted modi to go, and that led to the fall of the BJP govt at center.

good observation.
you can tell that rediff is busy lately trying to cooked up narratives against modi. however, rediff writers have been doing a poor job of putting it together in a credible way.

Varying degree of dictatorship.
by Umesh Shah on May 25, 2012 08:10 PM

Didi arm twists her allies where as Modi amrtwists his own party. Varying degree of dictatorship. India desparately needs two party system to marginalise egoistic and dictatorial politicians.
