An allegation is subject to probe by appropriate authority and till the guilt is probed, the alleged offender is not a criminal. However, for free and fair inquiry an alleged offender should not in any way remain as guardian of the inquiring authority. Therefore, in the interest of free and fair investigation Mr. Chidambaram should not remain at the helm of Home Ministry. for the sake of justice to Mr. Chidambaram, MMS should take over the charge of HM and entrust Mr. Chidambaram any other Ministry.

Since Chidambaram is not current finance minister he should continue his post; otherwise if for every allegation minister starts resigning then it will be a great tool for opposition to destabilize govt. I am not pointing to BJP as opposition but in future any party can be in opposition.
So until and unless allegation is proved to some extent in any court no minister should resign.

boss. any investigation cannot be initiated against a person if he is in the cabinet. it is a protection provided by law and he needs to step down or he will knowingly hamper the investigation progress

In govt.organisation, even upto lower lever, any complaint is made agasint a particular person, he will be transferred/suspensed. But why one has to wait till such aggegation is proved in court of law for Ministers ?

let the opposition allow the parliament to function than all these laws will pass; Rather than using each moment for their political gain BJP should first allow the parliament to function so that all these bills gets passed and then do all these drama outside parliament. If there is any allegation let them register FIR and let the law take its course unnecessarily disruption parliament for that is wasting public money.

anyway even if the parliament functions what useful legislations they r going to bring. rather let some protest happen at the highest house so that it gets noticed by all and also the policy paralysis will help the opposition in bringing the govt to its knees

Hat's of to Mr. Swamy. My opinion is that he has done more than what Anna has just talked about. Irrespective of what other think. We require leaders like him to develop our nation.

I hope he continues with same attitude when BJP comes to power; otherwise it will be seen as political allegation.
