They neither change their language, culture or food habits. THEY do not plan for a forever stay in desh for themselves or their next generation in India or proliferate indian products or practices. Videshi have roped in many Deshi company with longer time strategy whereby they will survive with overseas revenue and their revenue in desh will shrink because MNCs will take their market. At the same time videshi companies will acquire deshi employees and expertise into thier corpoations in videshi and in Desh to knock down deshi competition. Ultimately, major portions of finances will move to videshi in first generation or next generation. When TATA developed Nano, videshi made them invest in jaguar/rover for multiple reasons, one of them to develop vested interest in videsh, second was to extract expertise in order to keep afloat their videshi investment.
