Mistake Rahul Gandhi made
by Cuthbert Calculus on Mar 31, 2012 09:42 AM

The mistake Rahul Gandhi made in UP was this: he promised jobs to micro-castes; instead,if he had just promised jobs to all muslims, he would have been ever smiling Cm by now.

India is a secular state....
by Vishvaksenah E on Mar 31, 2012 09:40 AM  | Hide replies

.....inspired by the ideals of beloved Bapuji, father of present day India.
Beloved Bapuji - so the eminent historians of ICHR and NCERT have made us believe - could defeat the might of the English colonial powers and gave us freedom single handedly. He could do it with the powerful tools like spinning yarn on a charkha and drinking goat's milk and truth and love and non-violence. We do have all these potent weapons with us .We also have the same inspiring ideals of beloved Bapuji , father of present day India with us.
Hence if China occupies our land in Aksai-chin, we'll keep quiet with love towards the agressor.
If Pakistan occupies Gilgit, Baltistan and other parts of Kashmir and gives it on lease to China to build Karakoram highway, we'll keep quiet with love towards the aggressor.
If infiltrators come from Bangladesh and occupy the lands in West Bengal, Assam and Tripura we'll keep quiet with love towards the aggressor.
If Afzal Guru and his cohorts attack the Parliament . we'll keep quiet with love towards the aggressor.
If Ajmal Kasab and his company commit atrocities in Mumbai , we'll keep quiet with love towards the agressor.

All these are great ideals of our beloved Bapuji, father of present day India. We're proud of it and we'll continue following it only.

If others call India as a soft state, we'll keep quiet with love towards the same person.

Long live secularism !!!1

Your analysis is quite superficial to say the least and represents a section which p0ses itself to be highly v0latile n upright yet doesnt come off time. Gandhiji withdrew at least 3times to leave open the ground for others to work but no one took over n movement became weak.Your reference to aggress0r being unduly sarkast1c.You ought to know who is ur oop0nent as was ech0ed by Anna-govt is too strong n equipped to take on u on v10lence.At no point of time he advocated to be soft to Kr00ks.TheTeer0r1sm has to be taken head on as do european or even gulf nations do which requires will power and i must say all political parties lack it in India.Your c0nfr0ntation with secularism is too s1ckening

The so called minority community is just a myth. Their population is growing by leaps and bounds. Our govt will still call them minority even if tomorrow they are 50%.

Let us blame on ourselves for the situation of our country. As long as we dont act & react..this is not going to change.

Chief of China is on visit for BRICS meeting in India and at same time Army chief's letter on Weapons leaked....where we stand in terms of security?what hope we can have from our govt.???
PM should give statement in parliament for further clarity about security arrangement for restoring some trust in his govt as well as in our army.........

We have lost our spine due to over-appeasement of minorities.

Mahesh V, you are absolutely right.
And this over appeasement of minorities is what our beloved Bapuji, father of present day India taught us to do.

Sooner we flush this obsolete ideology down the drain, the better for India.
