Is this operation to control/understand India's nuclear program by USA?
Because Phokran, where we did our nuclear test is close to the operation place.

Unlikely. If they wanted to spy on Pokhran or something like that, it would be done covertly.
Troops usually conduct war games and such drills, pretty normal stuff. The only hidden agenda for America may be that they could be preparing for a possible future scenario (like war with Iran??)

One thing is clear that Americans are the most professional in every respects. The joint military training will be definately beneficiary to the US and not India. Indians always win war in battlefields but loose on table. We never learn from history.cos we are still Innocent.

winning against weak nations is the policy of usa and its associates. ignoring the strongs and taking bamboo from strongs-but-looking-weak is the another policy...history has proved it again and again...you want proof? ask me, I have that..

You are partly right. We are not innocent. We do not learn from our own history. We follow people in our history who should not be followed.we do not place the national interest as paramount but keep self and false non-violance principle.

Support UN REsolution
by Ilango S on Mar 15, 2012 05:53 AM  | Hide replies

Even after 3 years of War, no rehabilitation to the suffering innocent tamils in Srilanka. No Political solution by the Srilankan Govt. Abduction tamil youths and girls by white van by the Srilankan Govt continues and their where about are not known. Still lakhs of tamils in the concentration camps, daily three to five deaths occurs by the torture by the Srilankan Forces.

Srilankan Govt not even implemented the Rajiv Jayawardene pact, which gives only a dummy govt to the tamils and it is merely a Military agreement between India and Srilanka.

It is the request to the Indian Public and Govt to support the UN Resolution against Srilanka and to get peace and permanent solution to the Tamil and Sinhala community.
The Tamil Nadu units of the Congress and BJP have joined the chorus in urging the Centre to support the U.S-backed resolution condemning human rights violations against Tamils in Sri Lanka, at the UN Human Rights Council. In a statement here, TNCC president, B.S. Gnanadesikan said that the Congress was always sympathetic to the island Tamils. With the resolution coming up before the UN rights council, he would persuade the Centre to support it.

BJP president Pon. Radhakrishnan said India should take a stand against the Sri Lankan government at the Council.

Indians are fools - this is not joint exercise.
by Riv on Mar 14, 2012 09:22 PM  | Hide replies

US is trying to save cost using Thar desert for its training. Not sure what level of operations Indians are involved in this..they may have paid Indian army to use its facilities or provide protection while training...this is different joint exercise. Bringing tea or cofee or meals to goras is not joint exercise...its slavery....the same goes to pakistanis..corrupt and contract killers for US.

Come on! Your comment is beyond ridiculous. Armies train as equals and the Indian armed forces are no one's slaves! Keep your anti-US bias out and keep looking out for India's interests instead.

what bloody benefit india is going to get from this joint combat. India is capable enough to safeguard its borders. Riv is correct in saying US is using Indian soil as destination of its arms test, if there would be another Gujarat like earthquake in Rajasthan due to heavy testing of arms and amunition, then all Pro-US campaigners will know what benefit india would be deriving from US.

for your information US has lost almost all wars it has waged with every nation. What is that India has got to learn from a losing country thru a joint combat! India will not be benefited. Goras are benefited by learning combating skills from tough Indians.
