There is no need to kill any Muslims. Just have an exchange of Population with both Pakistan and Bangladesh.
It was absolutely not required, serves no purpose and the "so called" journalist has done no research other than checking some website. A 5th grade kid can do a better job
if you have one patriot from a COMMUNITY (not referring to SRK) you will have his 100 siblings cousins and even sons in enemy camp ready for jehad and kill the kafirs. this is the greatest problem india faces since no easy and peaceful solution is in sight.

partition divided several families with some members staying in India and some in pakistan .... several generations later, it is hard to automatically say where their loyalties are - in India or in Pakistan

You have to understand it generation wise; while there might be more people in minorities just after partition who might have more alignment towards Pak, the new age India is different; The old generation of Ms still used to have some good amount of soft corner for Pak which was due to their relatives and friends who just parted however the in new age India this is different; the majority which should count more than 90% of Ms hardly care abt Pak; however they feel continuous embarrassment from other citizen when they are continuously asked to prove their patriotism.

I think none of us have done anything to be even 1 % succesful of what SRK is , yet we freely call him a traiitor and useless person ?

No Indian actors have fly high his country to such limit among NRIs as SRK did;His shows and his speeches definitely soothes those who are far from their country; If anybody can be termed patriot in that sense then he tops that chart.
