JaganReddy makesit in Andhra Vidhan Sabha by-polls
by D goel on Jun 16, 2012 07:45 AM

D. Goel pkl. Morning 750AM,Saturday, June 16, 2012.
In my distant and very limitedunderstandingof Congress debacle both in Andhra 's old sircar and Rayalseema in thecurrent bypollsit isbecause Congress power -brokers failed to hear theresentments of mostpeople in the Andhra's various regions, thatunfortunately do not move in tandem.
Ofcourse Telangana is a very explosive region and hasbeen ignored by politicians in congress estt.
It must be attended and people's quiescence need not be taken as acceptance ofruling Party'sshifting responses to their demands.
In case the Union Government does not wake up soon there wouldbe little left forIndia to preserve in at least Telangana. D. Goel

Last time when Mrs.Gandhi was debarred by Alehabad court she won the election and then the congress claimed that she has been accepted by the ultimate court ie. people If you apply that logic why C.M. Jagan should be made P.M.

Madhu Koda's wife also won assembly election while he was in jail. Do you suggest of Madhu Koda to be made deputy PM?

Even Yeddi & Reddy Bros will win elections
by debrispatel on Jun 16, 2012 07:14 AM  | Hide replies

Winning seats isn't washing away past sins...votes can be bought by money and playing with emotions of the gullible illiterate villagers...today, if elections were to be held in Karnataka, even the mega fruadster Galli Janardhan Reddy will come out victor in many places.

Debris,
Come again!
"GULLIBLE ILLITERATE VILLAGERS".....Get some education here. Who declared Jagan as 'sinner'? He is still under investigation. He should be proven 'beyond a reasonable doubt' until then all the allegations against him hold no water. Just respect the people's decisions for now. There are a healthy mix of educated people in A.P.
Media and ruling party are trying to project him with a magnifying glass because he is cared not for Sonia is a truth evident.

Jagan DECIMATES Congress,
by uday shankar on Jun 16, 2012 06:17 AM  | Hide replies

I am happy over the results. If Andhra threw out the Congress it is just after NTR. Then Corruption of Jagan? It is like the chick mocking the egg. Corrupt Congress and TRS talking of corruption when YSR was their hero when he was alive. Finally the end result of this election is Andhra will stand united as Andhra Pradesh. It is time foxes like N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Chiranjeevi, TRS chief KCR and Vijay Santhi pack up and sit at home. Thank Andhra people for throwing out TRS. No more separate Andhra. It is AP. Telugu thalli....... A big blow for P Chidambaram and Verappa Moilly.

The majority of people in AP are against AP bifurcation. Unlike YSR, Jagan never said any thing against AP bifurcation. So voting to corrupt Jagan make no sense.

Now if Congress won, they will become more arrogant and go ahead with hidden agenda of anti-people policies. If TRS won they would think it is peoples verdict for seperate Telangana. TDP is unable to win the rural confidence after their urbanization and cyber development. So to check mate all of them Jagan was better since he would not rule and yet Andhra will remain united.

Global Warming
by peelid d on Jun 16, 2012 06:00 AM  | Hide replies

Seems like every possible problem that mankind has seen in recent times is attributed to YSR and his family by CBI. Only thing left is Global warming. Let us also add this to this list. CBI should file FIR against Jagan linking him to Global Warming in international court. Any takers

ELECTIONS AND CORRUPTION
by siva krishna on Jun 16, 2012 05:04 AM  | Hide replies

NOW THAT PEOPLE SHOULD FIGHT THAT NO ELECTION WHEN THE CANDIDATE RESIGNS ON HIS OWN/OR PARTY EXPELS/DISMISS THE ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE. TILL THE TERM OF THE ASSEMBLY/LOK SABHA TO AVOID UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC MONEY. POLITICAL PARTIES ARE ACCUSING ONE ANOTHER AS CORRUPT. INSTEAD A THEY SHOULD VOLUNTARILY DECLARE THE ASSETS AND SOURCES OF INCOME TO ACQUIRE THOSE ASSETS. A THOROUGH INQUIRY BY MEMBERS OF INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY TO INVESTIGATE EVERY POLITICAL PARTY. GOVT.&OPPOSITION JOINTLY SELECT OFFICIALS FOR CERTAIN POSTS.LIKE WISE THEY SHOULD JOINTLY WORK FOR THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE TO OVERCOME CORRUPTION CHARGES. THEY SHOULD DEVELOP POLICIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CORRUPT FREE INDIA.

Corruption has become a social acceptance in Andhra
by anil kishore on Jun 16, 2012 04:54 AM  | Hide replies

This election proves that corrption is socially accepted norm. The people of andhra wants corrupt politicians. Because the people of corrupt people out numbered the percentage of honest people. If jagan becomes CM then andhra will become another Bihar.

AP will remain as AP no matter who is going to be the CM. May be Hindu ration in AP may look like Goa if Jagan or Sharmila(Jagans sister) becomes AP CM. But there is nothing wrong with Society evolving to one religion.

Please do not compare AP with Bihar....

You can say AP will become another Pakisthan, but definitely not any other Indian state.....
