Rather close the shop of government. It is a useless machine which eats a lot but delivers little. We are now a mature nation with competitive industry with global presenmce. The government would do well with just setting up regulatory authorities like Competition Commissions, regulaory bodies like TRAI and grievance redressal mechanisms or ombudsman. Strengthen consumer courts and focus on ensuring speedy investigations and justice. For example, the governmenmt is folishly wasting its time and our money (perhaps in collusion with private airlines) dealing with AIR INDIA. Instead, in areas where private sector is not willing to put their money, the government should adopt the process of reverse auction i.e. it should allocate routes to airlines which are ready to operate at minimum subsidy. I think it is going to be quite effective in curbing corruption. The holds true for running banks, state road transport corporations and all other loss making PSUs. Moreover, with regard to corruption in police forces, online filing of FIRs may be allowed on a predetermined downloadable format. This may save victim from lots of harassment at the hands of police and ensure proper compliance as well. The police will also not be able to tamper with the facts of the case which is the commonnest reason for delayed justice. This will also reduce time between an event and registration of the FIR. All the evidence can be attached with the FIR. Other modus operandi may be worked out.

Lodging FIR on net is a good idea.It will do away 80% corruption from police.
There is no progress in Bihar at all after Nitish party coming to power with > 2/3 majority. The law and order is also very poor. However, there are innumerable people to praise Nitish just because he is anti Modi
It's a very novel way of exposing the corrupt. If this can open the eyes of the powers that be, this gentleman would have done a wonderful thing which some of the other mighty men and women can not do. Good Work !
The CM will gladly take it and do it. Iam also poor but want to contribute for your pitiable state all I have is an old 10 paise and a five paise coin do let me know if it works.
