The history of reforms was rewritten to make this ordinary bureaucrat a hero & also to make him PM & use his presence in North Block to deceive country of natural resources for personal gains

Not really. Indians are shining and forging ahead regardless. Being democratic a second opinion is welcome. Its just that it gets timeless from Time.
I don't know if he is corrupt, but he is definitely spineless. He cannot take a stand, synonymous with Congress Party that does nothing when some kind of definitive action is required, rather stays mumm and lets the situation go out of hand. After George Bush (former President of USA), he should be tagged with the term 'MISERABLE FAILURE'. I personally, never believed in Congress or its Coalition governments. It has been more than 60 years of Independent India and Congress has been in Power for most part of these 60 years and yet their approach towards economic, social and other reforms has not changed a bit. Its truly a monumental shame and failure MR. PM. Time to pull your socks.

U r rite. Why do we need Time Mag to find out about our PM. By now he is already the laughing stock of the whole country!!!
It did not require a Time Magazine to tell the world what it always knew two years ago. Mis-management of economy, scams and one may add negligence is his hall mark when ever he happened to occupy any Chair. Remember Harshad Mehta Scam and who was the FM at that time??
