Congress will say this is the work of the brutal and communal majority community and has killed a member of the deprived minority. Adnan's killers have gotten away and that is sad and shows the system and standard of the judges.

Not of the Judges but of the Prosecution, which has possibly not been scientific.
Criminal evidence gathering and use should be taken away from exclusive ownership of State and be made free for Private Enterprise. There is no other means of permanently improving it.

Society begets what it deserves. Since when have Indians felt for Justice ? All they want is someone to be punished, not really caring about their guilt or innocence.

Accused and Found Guilty are two different things. Do we really want people to be punished even if they are not found guilty beyond any reasonable doubt, that is if there is a real possibility that they might be innocent ones while the guilty are some others ? That is why in democracy it is next to impossible to guarantee that guilty would be always caught. If someone wants to do criminal things then they should choose a democracy to do it in. A dictatorship has faster ways of dealing with crimes.
