Even if Mamata says that her father did it, she can very well be prosecuted against on various grounds. The difference in age makes a difference in the quota of ration items you get on a ration card. What was the age declared by her when she filed the nominations for her Parliamentary MP's seat and the MLA's seat. She can be disqualified as a MP and also MLA, if she knowingly did not admit the discrepency. When she has admitted this in My unforgetttable memoirs, She has unwittingly admitted her wrong doing. For becoming a Voter, you should be minimum 18 years of age (It could have been 21 years during her time.) To stand for election and also to become a minister, minimum age is prescribed. Did She take advantage of the false 5 years in all these forums. In that case, She is in for too much of trouble. The opposition MPs/MLAs are CERTAINLY not going to sit quiet !!!

Most of the people in the byegone era and even today in villages and forests dont have a clue about their real DOB. Does it mean they dont have any rights??

Mamatha should know there is no retirement in Politics else after General Singh she would be next target for UPA to attack. If Mamatha wants to prove she was intelligent we all know by the black mailing tactics on Congress.

Now it is crystal clear that her full family are most corrupt.Her everything are false. Previously she produced a Doctorate certificate which was also super false.So now we can say her blood is also false.
