The cash rewards like 10 lakh or 2 lakh has no meaning until there are enough provisions for protecting the informer. In India, the names of the informers are leaked very easily and he will be killed immediately. Who will take the risk?

Do you have any information? if so contact the NIA. Help to track those criminals irrespective of their religious belief.
Nice to know at least Indias enemies, but Govt. must liquidate them on ISI pattern in PAK itself, are we weak to act in befitting manner or do not have will to do it.
