Their are enough information in press to enable any layman to make such a list.What is important is not making list but what has been done to fix this people .

Hey man ..you are also Indian ..corrupt and bad people are there every where...and did you get your Green Card..if not then you have to return back ..

Hey man .. There is no doubt corruption in every country .. there is limit to everything. You do not know surely, cause you are used to survive like a germ in dirt. In 2009, President Lee of South Korea suicided by jumping from a cliff cause some newspaper issued 2 days back his wife took some bribe. Tell me a single so called leader in India who or whose family members have never done any corruption.
