please do not use upper class, do not do divide and rule in the soceity for your own survival.The main culprit for rapes are films, and villians who are raping film actress, these actress are for money they are acting, these film actress are real culprits for uneducated illiterate mobs to move on women. stop obsecnes in medias, and films,ban film actress who are involved in rape scenes rapu involvedment scenes should be banned, these uneducated labour class sees and they put into action in the posh luxury bus like yadav like in delhi. secondly, why cannot delhi govt run buses of their own, why it has sent to contractor bus, like TN, Govt should run buses, not contract bus, contract bus is always dangerous,i think, contractor bus owners are giving bribes to delhi govt to run

First of all put a ban on all sexual site which are available at the click of the mouse. Remove all pornographic materials from the street vendors where even a child of 9 can easily get such things. enforce strict laws. Award death penalties to rapiests.
