Sharmilaji is pained by AM's utterances. We are also eager to hear her views on her family members' three minute tutorials extolling the virtues of Fevicol, missed call and alchohol as a means to achieve gender equality
Persons holding High Office should think twice before making any comments or giving any statement. When issues are sensitive, its better not to add fuel thereby creating emberasment. Abhijit Mukherji is unfit to be a MP and should resign.
Love, Trust, Beauty, Sincerely, Truthfulness,Authenticity - these are all feminine qualities, and they are far greater than any qualities that man has-OSHO.

I think that's a very horrible assumption - that man doesn't have those qualities, probably with an exception of feminine beauty. In fact, men exceed women in all the other qualities.

Whether painted or dented, women have the right to express their opinion. India is a democracy and euqal right is afforded to all. Who is this nut to define who can and who cannot vocie their opinions? It is the ilk of this idiot who run the country that cause problems. Throw them out and get some educated people in for a better tomorrow.
It's surprising to see BJP criticizing Mr. Mukherjee for his comments. All of these BJP stalwarts should be made to hear the public speeches delivered by their star CM Modi. He always uses much more denigrating and fou1 language against women. That might probably sound like a music to the ears of BJP stalwarts because those words are spoken by the candidate whom they are projecting as the PM candidate. Unfortunately, we Indians are used to glorifying these thugpoliticians, who do not have any respect for w0men. It's sufficient if they belong to our own religion, caste, etc.
its a wonder that congress chiefs are commenting on women. first it was APCC chief Botsa satyanarayana and now the presidents son. Rahul its your turn now

It's not about person A or B OR party X or Y. Most of the men in our country have the same attitude. In general our culture has been promoting violence against w0men, right from the times immemorial. Take example of Draupadi's vastraharan, wherein the husband loses his wife in gambling and the opponent tries to remove the c1othes of his wife in front of the entire crowd. What does that convey? We consider w0man as an object that could be used for gambling and could also be used to humiliate her ma1e relatives. Even today, that attitude hasn't changed much. The western influence on w0men has made them more liberated and modern (a.k.a wearing lesser c1othes), which has made the ma1es even more savage. So, in general, things have gone from bad to worse.
