Why this double standard
by vivek bansal on Dec 23, 2012 06:39 PM  | Hide replies

These wicked politicians have time to condone
the death of rapist/murderers as also making law for increasing reservation which has hollowed the society & nation but they can not fix time
frame for making rules that can punish molesters & rapist because it relates to hapless girl child, rural area teenage girls who
are raped and left to live in sorrow, pain.

If they donot have time to make rules which
benefit the society & nation then they should resign immediately.

A total overhaul of the system is required starting with the police. They are the most corrupt. Our rural people suffer the most. There is no justice for the victims of any atrocities. If a girl goes to report a rape, the policeman himself is likely to rape her again! Our rulers have made the system rotten to the core.

insted of participating in close door meetings rahul should have open and met protesters.he should have taken a stand .calling himself a youth icon will not do much . the youth of the country should feel that he is also amongst them and one among them. rahul lost many opportunities to minle with people and share their feelings.

Do you think Rahul is Mahatma Gandhi or Pandit Nehru to go into a crowd and take a stand. They are just fake Gandhis enjoying Z plus shitcurity while common man suffers.

sonia/rahul natak mandali met by infiltrators among protestors
by hogajoga on Dec 23, 2012 06:12 PM

More than protest. Make sure Government is now messing the health of girl/victim. Quickly find the source of continuous supply of infection whether internal or external or ENVIRONMENTAL . REMOVE HER FROM SAFDURGANG HOSPITAL IF THIS PLACE HAS TOO MUCH INFECTION that her body is NOT USED TO COPING. Make sure where she goes is better. Dont trust this hospital any-more.

As someone writes, congress-bjp cartel goondas has infiltrated the protest to damage and make this protest and law and order problem. the cartel backers of videsh also want this to be law and order problem through their sites.
Shiela indirectly indicated she wants girl dead and a problem over with like her past sins. corrupt for power MMS shielded shiela though MMS.

Laws are misused in India
by MHS on Dec 23, 2012 05:56 PM

Laws relating to molestation and rape are many times misused by many unscrupulous people to settle scores.
Many such instances where there was media attention but cases were settled out of court or did not go to logical conclusion.
Strong laws will give dangerous temptation to settle scores and may be used in situations such as settling scores with boss or teaching a lesson to neighbours etc.

Assurance By Rahul And Sonia
by Balan Iyer on Dec 23, 2012 05:50 PM

If they are sincere, then why the name of the owner of the school who raped a three year old girl is with held?More than the corruption, the poor maintenance of Law and Order in the count
ry is the problem;but nobody bothers from the ruling political leaders to those in opposition
including Babas and Annas.
