Best thing is to lie low and wait for the matter to die down in public eyes.after that get bail and u r free.

It is too exaggerated to say every 40 minutes because this will have its own repercussions on the National Capital. A day has 1440 minutes and a year has 1440x365 minutes. The figures should be correct before publising it. Tourists may avoid coming to India and New Delhi too. The government of India should come out with figures and action to be taken even if there is only ONE incident in a day also. One incident every 40 minutes is a very very high figure which means there is no governance, no law & order in the capital city. If this is true what about small cities of India?
