In USA this type of trial will be over in less than a year and the guilty will be hanged immediately.In India it will take several years to file charge sheet.Another ten years in trial court.Another ten years in appeallate courts.Then mercy petition will take another ten years.Convict will be kept in the death cell for manother ten years.When about to be hanged some NGO"s will file a review petition in SC.Finally he will meet his natural death.
When our young PM Mr Rajiv Gandhi was killed by Bastererd Prabhakaran ,India should have attack on the Bafna and kill Prabhakaran by dogs death on road.But poor mentality India didnt act . Kargil ,Mao and Naxal activity takes fun and enjoy India.Not such in USA.

What non sense you are talking? Did Indira Gandhi Killed other politicians? Rajiv Gandhi was innocent and naive? Did he intend to kill others like your Prabhakaran who mercilessly killed his opponents both political and militant fellow leaders? Amirthalingam who was a moderate man, killed by ruthless Prabhakaran? His own fellow comrade Mathiah along with others were killed ruthlessly by prabhakaran. If Rajiv effort at Thimpu was signed by Prabhakaran,Tamil People would have had devolvement of powers within United Sri Lanka and would have spare considerably agony to Tamil People. Because of his ego, he let entire 3 generations of Tamil People homeless. What he achieved by insisting Ealem? Union Carbide CEO Warren Anderson is staying and spent the last 30yrs peacefully without facing the law in India or US. When he should have been held responsible, charged and tried in a court. US should expel such citizens and send them back to the countries where they should face what they are suppose to.
