because Sharad Pawar, Laloo Yadav like people who eat away poor Indians onions, Sugar, Rice and Wheat and also don't leave Animal fodder for the poor cattles have to feed themselves and for their future generation till doom's day ( they merely dread the prospect any of their future generations to become a BPL family ( which as per Monkeytec Ahluwalia can survive at Rs 28/- a day )

What is the difference between David Coleman Headly and Khalid Sheik Mohammad aka KSM?
Both plotted and are the masterminds of 9/11 and 26/11 respectively.
While KSM is being tried by a military tribunal and not by a civil court in the US, Headly was tried in a civil court. The reason? Headly is a US Citizen and hence tried by a civil court while KSM is a foreigner he was tried by a Military Tribunal.
On an Indian TV Panel debate regarding clemency to Rajoanna, when parallels were drawn between Rajoanna, Afzal Guru, and Kasab Ms.Kaushal an eminent supreme court advocate argued that Kasabs case is still being argued in the Supreme Court. Then one panelist argued that Kasab's case must be argued by a Military Tribunal as he is a foreigner and not by a civil court all panelists including Soli Sorabji laughed.
Now one may observe the difference in the US; KSB is being tried by Military Tribunal while Headly was tried by a Civil court.
Now, will the US GOvt instead of following double standards, award death sentences to both?
No!
On the contrary, Headly was given pardon, not by the US President, but by the prosecution and Justices themselves and is spared death penalty, while KSB will be definitely awarded death penalty.
What is the difference?
It is famously stated by a great American a few decades ago, when a similar parallel was brought upon him; he famously had stated:
Yes, he is a Batard! But he is OUR Batard!
Can the shameless UPA-NDA led Indians learn a lesson?

US law is governed not by territorial limits but by whether an American citizen got killed or not.
26/11 victims include several US Citizens and that is sufficient enough reason for the US to award death penalty to Coleman Headly
