But many doubts linger. 1) The LeT had claimed on its website that Ishrat Jahan and Javed Sheikh were its martyrs. 2) Nobody claimed the dead bodies of the other two-Amjad Ali Rana and Zeeshan Johar and the papers on them were forged. They were Pakistanis 3)What was the relationship between Javed & IShrat? I find it impossible to believe that a 19yr old girl from a conservative Mus1im family would be allowed to travel unescorted to Bangalore, Pune & Nasik with another male & especially with somebody like Javed Sheikh who also had a long criminal record! 4)The Central intelligence agencies had answers on many of the above, so why was that not exposed?

If it is confirmed to police that she is kulpr1t then it should be encounter n not fake encounter.if it is not confirmed then it should be arrest ,enquiry n punishment which could have led to other clues . wht do u think law says

it is only for what happens in Gujarat that judiciary will adopt a holier than thou attitude. Also, the encounter was staged but this does not disprove that she was a LET operative- this has been established by different people. All those who are sniping atBJP should readabout KhwajaYunus.

If there is no information in intelligence records that she was involved in terrorist activities, her murder is indefensible. But if credible intelligence records assert that she was involved in terrorist activities, the question is why she was not arrested and what was the need to kill her? Whatever the answer, these questions must not remain unanswered in the media din of wanting to hang Narendra Modi for the fake encounter.
