Can we all resolve to use our cell phone cameras more effectively?
I understand with Indian laws, the honest, middle class citizen is always at the receiving end, whether as a witness or as a victim. So no one, absolutely no one would dare to intervene in the fight. However, someone, or almost everyone can take many, many pictures / photos of the goondas on their cell phone cameras and post them on various social networking sites?
Perhaps instead of getting into fights, people can post videos of goondas indulging in eve - teasing on say You Tube?
Hii , Horrific incident committed at amboli is very bad for families and nation as whole , but I would just like to request attention to be given to cause. when we see lots people taking morcha and media in their ever quest for peppy news portraying this as standalone heinous crime, what surprises me is for what?, if its to bring to justice to the perpetrators of crime then I feel its over dose as, its for sure that people who have committed the crime come from weaker section of society and police is going to nab them and bring to justice. So is their any case for justice denied or delayed, answer is NO at least not till date.
So what are we fighting for, eve teasing, poor policing, mob frenzy, I don’t see any clarity in same. how I perceive is this just tip of ice berg or warning for future upcoming friction, since their is so much disparity in our country which has richest in world and also , more than 35 crores who are undermined , exploited , pained every day and they might any time be pushed to cross the line ,as they have least to loose. Growing shinning india, magnificient mall is not where they belong and they are left languishing in dark alleys .wishing their disappearance will not just happen , its like dark scar which has to be cured and not ignored.
so we have to look for solution and not just get carried away by incident .criminal are also fathers , bother and single bread winner for their families , so we have to see what caused them to do , what the

Actually, the culture you are recommending is already present in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia etc. Men & women seggregated, etc. Well its your choice, you needn't worry if the rest of the world finds it disgusting. Just get lost from Rediff's forums, your cavemen will rule supreme views are not welcome here.
They should have called police, the moment eve teasing happened.. Rest of the actions of both the boys was perfect..unfortunately they died.. No bystander wants to get into hassles as they really donot know the background of the fighting and our laws are such that they will make your life awful if you become a witness.. This case should not fizzle out and the culprits should be given harsh punishment- such punishment that it acts as deterrent. Not just 2-3 years of prison.
