Dear Citizens of India, The suggestion of printing Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's picture on currency notes of Rs. 500/- given by Shri. Raj Thakare should be strongly supported. I would further say that Why only on Rs.500/- currency notes ? It should be printed on all currency notes which are used by common man. The picture is required to be printed on Rs 5/-; Rs.10/-; Rs.20/-; Rs.50/-; and Rs.100/- other than Rs.500/-. Similarly, 50% of Rs. 1000/- currency notes should be printed with the picture of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and rest of 50% of Rs. 1000/- notes may be printed with the picture of Mahatma Gandhi. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was a leader of masses and of a common and poor people of this country. He should be given proper Respect by printing his picture on all the currency notes as suggested. It is therefore necessary to make necessary amendments in our constitution to print his picture on currency notes. Members of Parliament of every political party should support MNS supremo Mr. Raj Thakare's suggestion for his demand to print Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Currency Notes.

we shld take lesson frm Nepal. Instead of printing pictures of controversial figures like gandhi/ambedkar etc there shld be pictures of national monuments or hindu gods (being this is Hindu part, while muzli part was given to jinnah & co. without any referrundum or sort).

Please do not humilate and insult Hindu Gods. Varah was there on gold coins of Vijaynagar and Alupas from the South India. Earlier gold coins of medieval India were also known as Varahas especially in the South Indian states.

It is a good idea. However,if,we all have to accept Mahatma Gandhi on currency note, why not other great personalities like Vallabh Bhai Patel ? Swamy Vivekananda ? Bhagtsngh ? Rajguru ? Sukhdev ? Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is a much respected personality than Mahatma Gandhi. Dr. Ambedkar and many others were always cornered by Congress leaders during freedom movement.

Dea Pravin Singh, Thank you very much for yor support. There are many great personalities who built up this wonderful country. We should respect all these personalities. With due respect to the freedom movement by Mahatma Gandhi, I would like to add that we did not get freedom only because of Gandhi and Nehru. Many of the great personalities were masked by congress since 1947. In fact, Gandhi and Nehru have done great mistakes like partition and the present day problem of Kashmir.

Dear Shri. Walke, Please read the history carefully. How many young boys like Bhagatsing, Rajguru and Sukhdev were hanged ? What about Madanlal Dhingra, Hutatma Babu Genu ? Three real brothers Chapekar were hanged. Do you know the contributions of Subhash Chandra Bose and Swatantrya Veer Sawarkar ? We got freedom after their efforts not only because of Gandhi and Nehru who accepted partition. Gandhi refused to save Bhagatsing trio. Subhash Chandra Bose was forced to withdraw his candidature of Presidentship of Congress because of Gandhi. Todays problem of Kashmir is only because of Gandhi and Nehru. Please do not forget the great people who were neglected by Gandhi. Read History carefully.However, I agree that in todays situation Congress is the better political party than BJP.
