i think this was to the response of ISI chief shuja pasha statement that they have identified targets in india. so now he knows how india indentifies its targets.
India purports to be technically a highly advanced nation with a above average Educational system. Yet every time that Pakistan acquired some new technological capability India seems to be all jittery, indicating insufficient confidence in its own technological superiority.

India has to be jittery because Pakistan has not promised that they wil not use atomic weapons first time against India...

no need to be happy,it must have destryed by pak army only ,so that they will ask for more compensation from US
