In the 80s when Pak's nuclear program was in it's infant stage, Israel wanted to bomb their nuclear installations and thrash it in the bud and needed India's help in it. Israel was willing to strike on it's own and all it wanted from India was it's airbases to refule and take off Israeli strike planes. But not only did the idiot Rajiv Gandhi not allow it, but with an eye on Muslim votes went on to support the Palestine cause against Israel. Congress messed up Kashmir, India and allowed Pak to be what it is today - an enemy state armed with terrorists and nuclear weapons. And yet instead of learning our lessons from history, we still seek a hand of peace and friendship?
The very fabric of India was Destroyed by Nehru and his dynasty. The Nehru clan has done more harm than good for India. If Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was elected as a Prime Minister then, India would not be facing the tragedy that we are facing today. His birth history is itself questionable. Why is it, that there is no monument, or the place of birth indicated and marked as an heritage?? all policitians of the pre and post independence days, have their place of birth clearly defined and people visit these places and noted as an historical place and evidence, why Nehru not having such details or place? any answers. As usual maggots come crawling out with absolute distortion of facts and assumptions. What more can you expect? Israel would not bombed the nuclear reactor with out US knowledge. If US wanted it to be done, the Israel did not need India to do it. Anybody can put up stories but you eed a bit of intelligence to know the fake ones and the right one.

What a bit of crap. Pak would not have succeeded in N weapons had US opposed it. Israel had fears of Paki nukes but it was US that winked saying they r our guys and will not attack Israel.
Israel cannot do a thing without US support. It never needed India's support although the support would have been welcome.
Besides, India (read all parties incld Jan Sangh now BJP)always supported Palestine and its leader Yaseer Arafat while we only developed diplomatic ties with Israel in 1992 after the visit by Moshie Yaeger in 1992. It was PV Narsimha Rao of congress who took the pragmatic decision as India stood to gain by intelligence sharing as well as in the field of agriculture.
However, it was in 1998 when BJP govt took the level of Indo - Israeli relations to a new high.

The irony with you people is that you forget your root and start blabbering as if you are the authority about that religion and community. Someone in this forum has written that your surname SHRIGHREKAR is used by the brahmins in Maharashtra and that is right. So forgetting your originality and tom-toming about something which was thrust upon you, is really a shame. But then it is the case with most of the people of this community.
