Rahul should study history
by Sivadasan on May 21, 2011 03:52 AM

Rahul Gandhi should study congress history before speaking on bahalf of the Organisation. As R.K.Dhavan said he should be careful in selecting his advisers. The fact that the published list of candidates recommended by him to the Kerala Assemby election contained 17 names while he actually given only 9 names should be an eye opener. Who played this fraud and what punoshment they got?

An Amish boy

Hari Shyam/AKB

and his father indianghazi were visiting a mall.
They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny,
silver walls that could move apart and back together again.

The boy asked his father, "What is this, Father?"
The father [never having seen an elevator] responded
"Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don't know what it is."

While the boy and his father were watching wide-eyed,
an old lady in a wheel chair rolled up to the moving walls and pressed a button.
The walls opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room.
The walls closed and the boy and his father watched
small circles of lights with numbers above the walls light up.
They continued to watch the circles light up in the reverse direction.

The walls opened up again and a beautiful 24-year-old woman stepped out.

The father said to his son,
"Go get your mother sooniya g."

Rahul's actions are foolish. First he is not present when the farmers were getting beaten up by the PAC.
After the people are back in their homes, along comes Rahul wearing spotless kurta-pyjama and riding on the pillion of the motorcycle goes straight to talk to the villagers. They(possibly prompted by the local congressman) create a long rona dhona drama for Rahul's benefit
and Rahul swallows this story
As a proof, they take him to the community dumping grounds and hand him a sackfull of ash( as if dead people are only burnt). Rahul then makes up this story of massacre of poor(Below BPL) men, women and children duly endorsed by the locals and makes a big song and dance about Maya memsaab's misrule in UP. Mayawati is quite right in dubbing all this as dramabaazi.

MAYAWATI RULES RIDING ON FEAR
by damodaran mohan on May 20, 2011 02:20 PM

Well, the politics of fear narrative is ok, but why leave out Mayawati from it? Not trying to hold any brief for Rahul or others, isn't it true that Maya herself has come to power in UP instilling fear in the minds of Dalits against the upper caste, Brahmins etc. Not just , she rules also through instilling fear and the current land acquisition row is a typical example of that. She has taken full advantage of he absence of a just Land acquisition law to help selective corporate make big money out of the land by browbeating poor farmers. No wonder she is fighting the cases in SC of possessing assets disproportionate to her income ?

Throw out corrupt congress, BSP & SP from UP
by vijaya kumar on May 20, 2011 11:51 AM

BSP,Congress & SP made for each other. BSP & SP are supporting corrupt congress govt. at centre led by sonia, raul, mms & co.The are fooling people. People should throw out these three corrupt, communal, antipeople, antipoor, antifarmer, criminal minded parties from UP. Give chance to BJP for development and prosperity.

So far Rahul does not show desired characterstics of a leader. He sounds more like a school kid complaining ..notconfident, incoherent.Good old crocodiles ... I mean congress Digvijays ... have put on a wrong hourse( not a winning horse .....Bihar showed it)Tragedy is , there are no Chanakyas left neither in Congress nor in BJP.I will put my bet on FOUR PERSONS TO SAVE THIS COUNTRIES FUTURE...JAYALALITHA, NARENDRA MODI, SUBRAMANIUM SWAMY AND SATISH MISHRA (BSP).
