They are in jail in spite of their group of parties is in power at the Centre. Similarly you can make the law function and send Yeddi or anybody else to jail without dismissing an elected Govt. Was UPA 2 dismissed before the concerned Ministers of UPA put in jail?
This character is a burning example of how a person who is incapable of understanding the provisions of constitution was a Law Minister in the central govt for several years and is now governor of a state that stands unique in the world in terms of being a treasure-house of talent. While a person with such a low IQ fits very well into congress party as a servile "yes" man, he certainly does not deserve to be the constitutional head of any state, much less of a state like Karnatka. Now that he has himself shown that he never deserved such positions of importance, it is important that the impact of his pedestrian approach in decision making process as a Law Minister or as a governor needs to be deeply probed and necessary corrections be made.

BJP has acted cleverly by dismissing the MLA's to safeguard their Govt. by knowing that it is illegal however Court investigation and verdict will take its own time and by that time either the Govt ruling period would have got over or the situation and scenario would have been changed.
Unfortunately and Surprisingly, Indian Judicial System has acted fast and given their final verdicts before the end of BJP term in Karnataka. In this situation, it is immoral for the BJP Govt to continue, irrespective of what Governor have recommended

Don't forget that the HC gave a verdict in favor of the speaker.People don't totally agree with the SC verdict.They say;It is likely to open the Pandora's box?

You mean it is moral for the opposition parties to horse trade and literally keep the ruling MLAs in confinement, and it is moral for the Governor to participate actively in that process, and you mean it is immoral for the BJP Govt to continue even if it has the majority numbers !
In short the BJP Govt shud be dismissed if it does not have the requisite numbers, and the BJP Govt shud also be dismissed if it has the requisite numbers.
Now, Sam Raj, kindly enlighten how logical is that ?!?

Is it moral for Bhardwaj to convert the RajBhavan into a Congress Bhavan.Everyday he was talking to DeveGowda, Kumaraswamy,Siddaramaih, Congress central ministers,etc making plans to destabalise the BJP Govt. The BJP has outwitted him.It is the largest party in Karnataka.Let us not talk of morality in politics.
