How a fickle minded fellow can become a Governor.
by victor on May 18, 2011 04:56 PM

How a fickle minded person can be appointed as a Governor. He should go. It is not for the first time that he recommended president's rule in Karnataka.

karnataka governor
by ramakrishnarao sankara on May 18, 2011 02:38 PM

it appears that the centre appointed the present governor to taple the noncongress ruling as from the last one year his office intervention appears to be unwanted in democratic ruling. sometimes their postings appears to be for troubleshooting in democratically elected body of government

Yes we are in frustration
by Bijoy Bhaskar on May 18, 2011 02:35 PM

@Abdul Soni,
"You all chaddes are frustrated power hungry having bankrupt mentality with empty pocket!
Crying chanting, Muslims, Pakistan and congress!"

Ye,s we are bankrupt and with empty pockets. We dontav the 2G Spectrum, Adarsh,CWG money with us. We spared one share our Tax as Haj subsidy while we have to remit 1 lakhs Rs/- to Govt. for Amarnath Yatra....

Yes, we are frustrateed, as the politicians make hue and cry for minority reservation for jobs including in Govt. jobs, as the representation is less than 10%, while they are forgetting that nobody in India opposing Muslim children for going school, getting the education and job thereafter.Only the Muslim parents denying proper education for the children, and instead send them to some of hatred breeding Madrassas.

Again we are frustrated to see how Panditsa re chased out of Kashmir, how Geelani like politicians cheating the masses in Kashmir, how shopian like fake murders engineered and attacked security forces with stone and dragged them to firing and more than everything, the peaceful Muslims in other parts of India's deafening silence over this.

We don't need Governors
by RN Iyengar on May 18, 2011 12:32 PM

We don't need a Governor who for the most part is nothing but a figurehead. Just look at the governor of Tamil Nadu. Mr. barnal Singh is 90 years old, always sleeps in public functions and just signs papers wherever he is asked to!! He was a yes-man for Mr. Karunanidhi.
The Indian Constitution should be changed to get rid of Chief Ministers and have the people elect a governor who will form his own cabinet.

Bharadwaj -The Congress Agent
by kumar kn on May 18, 2011 11:59 AM  | Hide replies

This man follows in the long list of Congress Governors who were sent to opposition ruled states to destabalise them and for the Congress to make a back door entry.

Ramalal, Buta Singh,Romesh Bhandary, etc were people who were critised by the Supreme Court. The Bommai verdict of the Supreme Court is the yardstick by which the govts have to be tested on the floor of the assembly.Bharadwaj wanted to help the Congress and JDS by other means. He has clearly failed.

If he was right, his bosses in Delhi would have backed him.Since they have not done it,the best option for this tainted politician is to resign and get out of Karnataka.

Let us also not forget that politicians and political parties are not angels. They live in the real world and are not Sanyasis and a certain amount of wrongdoings, corruption, etc will be there in all parties.BJP has leant the lesson from Congress, the mother of all corruption and scams.Let us be clear,if you have the numbers through the public mandate, you survive. BJP has the numbers.

CONGRESS IS A CUNNING PARTY.AFTER THE ELECTIONS ARE OVER,THE CONGRESS GOVT WILL INCREASE THE PERTROL COST AS THEY WOULD WAIT TILL THE PEOPLE TO VOTE FOR THEM.

THEIR GOVERNERS ARE AGENTS OF SONIA AND WILL BE USED TO DESTABLISE THE ELECTED GOVERNMENT
FROM THE BEGINNING, YEDDI FACES THE PROBLEM ONLY FROM CONGRESS AND ITS AGENT BHARDWAJ. CENTER MUST SACK THIS IDIOT IMMEDIATELY
