we mostly travel by air india only, otherwise our travel claims get rejected by govt.

You are so confused.
Arabs of Dubai and UAE have no hatred for westerners or other Asians. They have welcomed expatriates and their expertise in different fields to build what the world sees today. After three to four decades of such open armed welcoming of expatriates, if they now seek to have employment opportunities for the local populace, one can see absolutely nothing wrong. In today's scenario, even the mighty Americans have been become protective of their economy and population.
There is discipline in UAE. The hatred you are talking about is harboured in certain other Islamic countries.

After seeing the work done on Burj Indian might have become depressed , comparing it with kind of buildings we have in India and Currupt Indian government system , builder lobby nexus must have had forced this innocent man to take this step.
It is also ture these builders fleece people on FAr, super area , carpet area, Edc e.t.c in addition to black and white money fleecing from house buyers.
