Human rights Violation
by salim das on May 11, 2011 12:47 PM  | Hide replies

Many companies in the middle east are doing serious Human rights violation. Local workers from India, Nepal and Philippines are hugely exploited and they made to work (almost 12-14 hrs/day) like SLAVES without proper food or salary.
This should be stopped immediately. All the world countries should see to it that poor people are not exploited. India has a spineless govt, so they cannot do anything. Western countries, please help the. This is a PLEA

Indians (labourers) are going abroad not because they like to go abroad, especially Middle east. It is only for the better life they dream. It is similar to IT professionals and other white collar people going to US or Europe.
People who work in the middle east send the price of their blood and sweat every month to India. It is only because of the remittances from abroad, that kerala is able to sustain itself.
So it is our responsibility (people of India) to protect the people, who spend their youth and well being in the sand dunes of deserts for our betterment

And sit and beg US for money like how our paki neighbour seems to be doing.
If all indians who work abroad come back it would lead to extreme price rise, job scarcity...
