Religion is a way of living daily life, and all religions speak the same thing. Only people create the difference by mis-interpretation. There should be no reason why a hindu and a muslim cannot stay together without changing their religion.
Majority muslims in our country are also Indian, just like any other Indians, (except a handful of other type of people .... but bad people exist everywhere, so bad people should not be the symbol of a religion!!). Educated class can really make the difference with the remaining.
India will be definitely integrated and stronger when Hindus and Muslims learn to forget hate and accept each other as friends, neighours and even life partners (off course, with no change of religion).
The writer should FIRST AND FOREMOST educate Muslims to reduce their population. Use birthcontrol methods, then talk of benefits and other reservations. You are not concerned about the growing muslim population and you want to blame government. If you are unconfortable in India you are free to migrate across the eastern and western border which is exclusively created for your benefit.

We will build 1000's of mosques across India. Let them sit and pray 24x7 and not do anything else.

It doesn't matter even if India doesn't shine. But we don't want muslims to shine.
Muslims are most religious and to practice their religion. It is one of the reason why they are backward. India have reservation system in every field for Minorities since last 5 decades.. Where are these Muslims.. why they didn't utilise these opportunities.. The are stubborn and moor. They know how to fight with HINDUS. they always keen to fight with HINDUS. Example PAK is growing @ negative growth rate, they don't have proper education system & Hopsitality but they are in Top 6th position when it comes to Defence because they always want to fight with INDIA!!! Muslims are MOOR's, blind of Customs and cretins.. Is the motive behind Mass production of children is to overtake Hinuds in the country???? Very Cheap!!!

m.. are more communal in world. they only do - HATE. they wear Black, think Black and does action - BLACK. always busy to produce - Rats.
They keep on producing and noe looking for government support to feed their kids?? this is absolutely nonsense. Stop mass production, bring think about family planning and be aware and make aware of quality and not quantity.
