Dear Ram Nair, the first one is simply sitting and thinking about the coming by-elections and the other one has only time to think about animals mainly snakes and mad dogs which attack humanbeings.
Real reason is that people in north western states of india have the blood of present day afghans, pakis, iranians etc, they are a mixed race. They are animal minded and that is why delhi is made up of mainly rapists and killers. As you move more and more to the northwest you will find races that are yet to evolve fully as humans and their thinking is at low levels only, they naturally like crimes and attacks etc. Present day pakistan and afghanistan are classic examples of it. They were primarily nomadic races that lived like animals, they may be wearing trousers and jeans now but inside it is just animal only.
sheela a third class lady is C M only becouse of the Cong vote bank policy. time will come when every indian will understand the set backs given to us bu cong inorder to rule india.
