Moreover because of rampant unemployment as well as lack of exposure to studies is forcing youth of today to become frustrated very fast - be it interviews or love affairs and hence they have taken to STALKING.
In case they fail in their efforts then they resort to such heinous crimes/
It is only natural as we enter in a consumer society where the Bollywood heroines and aspirants and TV newscasters show more in their body language and enchanting dress codes.....

Not only girls but for men also Delhi is not at all a safe city because under bourgeois rule there is no value for human being. The capitalist has no humanity and that is the reason.
