Kudos to Supreme Court for this verdict. The verdict reinforces our faith in judiciary. UPA under Mahmohan and Sonia are butchering our democracy. Congress has institutionalized corruption. Every facet of our democracy is been abused and rigged by congress to rip benefits.
The case of CVC appointment debunks the actual characteristic of congiss. He was appointment inspite the blatant objection of BJP. BJP under atalji have started a precedent to appointment CVC with consideration of opposition. Ex CVC Vittal was appointment after consulting Pawar then the leader of Opposition to build transparency and trust. However, congress under Mahmohan and Sonia have reserve the tradition by appointing the puppet CVC who will be obedient to their sermons.
Shameless, Congress party has vitiated our democracy. These vulture need to be expunge from the face of the planet earth.
Poor Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi. How can they take action against CVC Thomas or Smuggler Hasan Ali? One is a Christian and the other a Muslim. What will happen to UPA image of minority protectors!

What he want to convey. Is it he also agree that the slection of CVC by committee headed by PM was illegal or he support the Govt. This is real joker who gives funny reply at all times.

appeasing minority is equally comunal.So entire congress should be removed. Promoting islamic is not comunal but protecting Hindus is communal. This is the problem with people like you

If that is the case, first of all Congress leaders has to be removed for the sikh riots in 1984.
Congress is the biggest communal party than BJP. Hope you also know that Babri masjid was demolished during Congress regime at centre in 1992.

You yourself have given the answer my friend, it is the duty of every citizen of the country to set rid of the disease called congress and more over sonia gandhi. what you can do is create awareness among your friends and the people you know, educate the people about the evil called congress and man mohan singh, as he is shame and disgrace to the nation. you can do your bit i will do my bit, as drop by drop creates an ocean.
The peon of Sonia, the queen of corruption, is more powerful than our P.M. He is kept in front as honest man and on his back planes full of dollors fly out of India to fill swiss banks of Sonia, Raol and Priyanks Robert. The people will realise only when Sonia will sell whole country to foreign powers.
PM should had cautiously omitted the name of Mr.Thomas for CVC based on the media reports and strong opposition by the selection panel member Ms.Sushma Swaraj.
I think, PM Office had wrongly advised him in this episode.

Do as much curroption as can be done also appoint curropt person as investigator this is what our prime minister is doing and congress guys are saying don't target prime minister as he is a person of integrity / honest. the defination of honest people is that just don't take money from curroption but only be silent and blind.

If he is innocent, as a person at Secretary level why he had not tried to remove his name from the chargesheet in all these years?.
