Why? Logically, I find no reason to conclude that he is honest. Maybe, what is the mystery behind his continuing in office despite so much of scams broken out. Why at all did he oppose JPC? Why did he give his consent to appoint Thomas as CVC despite objections, as the court has asked? Is it because of the coalition (a)dharma? One thing is clear that power corrupts even a honest man. The Supreme Court has reiterated that 'Caeser's Wife must be above suspicion'. But MMS is not.

Not many understand that most of the Kerala people in the helm of affairs bypassing many, putting unworthy people of kerala origin ,like thomas,shivshakar,narayan,tharror,and many more are because of the support from sonia&rahul's PA who are from Kerala. Infact one of Sonia's PA was ciaught for an act of misdemoner during NDA regimeand our eternal compramiser vajpai settled the issue.Often Rahul goes to kerala along with his "family" and may be some from colombia,and his aunt Maria Maino.

Congress anti-bharat party,MMS, Sonia, Chiddu should ans. following questions and also set a proper investigation by taking leader from opposition, some honest person like Kiran Vedi,T.N. Seshan type of people should be in panel.. ! and for finding following ans. behind appointing Thomas... 1-Why he appointed thomas when opposition not in favor to do so??? 2-If yet he appointed then what was reason behind appointing such corrupt person? 3-which is invisible power forces MMS, and Chaddi chiddu for his appointment? 4-Who are those peoples and how these going to use Thomas for personal benefits for looting country? 5-Is any Anti-Indian forces which are behind appointing such crooked person? 6- What should be punishment to those culprit which are involve in it???
Now he will file charge sheets against all his political enemies.
It is interesting to note that the Palmolein case is still pending in the court but a verdict has come out on another CVC appointment case filed later.

This slap on Dr. Man Mohan Singh's face is well deserved. Actually, some additional strictures were also needed against his fair ? and honest ?? image. I agree with Krish Koundy. We should now expect him to be appointed as a Governor to one of the BJP ruled States and be used like that HE ??? Bharadwaj in Karnataka State. Is it any surprise that this Government finds only corrupt people to be promoted to the positions of power such as even the CJ of India ? If the Judiciary is corrupt today, the UPA Government and the politicians are to be blamed with the sole exception of Dr. Man Mohan Singh, the darling of our media as the sole honest man who has the misfortune to head the herd of the dishonest as per them, out of it. This govt. is against the people, against the well being of the people, and can go to any means to save their position. UPA is corrupt from inside...and they have to now stop their exploitation which they are justifying from the past 60 years. Govt. should step down if they have left with any dignity.

It was not so easy to bring in down to present level after independence. Cong worked too hard to make it possible. Initial years after independence, there was no opposition, so easy to manupulate, now there is a opposition who are equally efficient as ruling party, so level of corruption increased manifold..... let us take the street for an Egypt like revolt.
"We declare that the recommendation made by the high-powered committee is non-existent in law. Which means that the recommendations made on September 3, 2010 does not exist in law. Consequently, the appointment of Thomas goes." Should Sonia who is forbidden to become PM, be congress party PM and de-fecto PM.?
