Congress anti-bharat party,MMS, Sonia, Chiddu should ans. following questions and also set a proper investigation by taking leader from opposition, some honest person like Kiran Vedi,T.N. Seshan type of people should be in panel.. ! and for finding following ans. behind appointing Thomas... 1-Why he appointed thomas when opposition not in favor to do so??? 2-If yet he appointed then what was reason behind appointing such corrupt person? 3-which is invisible power forces MMS, and Chaddi chiddu for his appointment? 4-Who are those peoples and how these going to use Thomas for personal benefits for looting country? 5-Is any Anti-Indian forces which are behind appointing such crooked person? 6- What should be punishment to those culprit which are involve in it???
Even if there is a press conference now, media will shy from asking questions to Most Moron Singh on CVC appointment as the paid media are tnothing but barkingdogs paid to bark at BJP.
As per Mr.Moily, let the governemnt take corrective measures.
It should also take another corrective measure. That further CVCs should be appointed only by unanimous choice of the HPC. And each member of the HPC should have veto power.
Even if the opposition party leader, with motive, vetoes the nominees of government, how far he can go. He too have to answer the nation. So only the right persons get the position.

Mr.Moily is the useless law minister seen by India. He is not proactive in bringing democartic reforms for the nation.
He is also a culprit and also have a role in wrongly advising PM in several matters.
This landmark judgement is a slap in the face of the PM who claims he is a man of honour and integrity.As there is a possibiity that the exploits of the palmolein scam is also shared with congress , mainly sonia , and that seems to be the reason that congress fought tooth and neck to uphold his appointment.
Talking about the judgement , It directly indicts the PM , as he was the head of the HPC which appointed him.Even when he was not removed amidst the public uproar on his credibility says a lot about the relationship between thomas and congress , as if only appointment would have been in question he would be removed from his post without fuss.
That it was not the case - this shows there must have been some monetary incentives that kept driving the association of thomas with congress.Now that the truth is out , there should be a CBI investigation not only into CVC's previous scams but also on his appointment as CVC itself !!!!
