You can't trust the Indian Kangaroo court ruling. Fanatics in Indian society wouldn't mind an innocent being killed as long as he is from minority community. So entrust the job to them.

Dara Singh killed Graham Staines and his two minor sons by setting fire to the vehicle in which they were sleeping, but the Supreme Court ruled that it was not a "rarest of rare" category crime to warrant death penalty for him. 11 people convicted to death sentence for burning 59 people calling it "rarest of rare". These 11 people are all Muslims. Do we have different book for minorities? Is India a BANANA REPUBLIC?

All of same in front of God. Same goes for malegaon, samjautha, makka masjid blasts, etc.
Indians (read Hindus) are the most tolerant and adjusting community in the world. The few cases of bomb blasts etc are only reactions to systemic and historic atrocities committed by so called minority communities on Indians (Hindus).
The reactions are definitely un-desirable and should be investigated but they would have never occured without the initial "action".
Indians have never gone and attacked other people without any instigation. Check your history.

How the yuck do you define rarest of the rare? And more importantly, who defines what is rarest of the rare? Some baniya sitting in a Supreme court chair who is brought up by the same system that is a party to the case? A judicial system should have the wisdom to know if it can deliver impartial justice.
